| I seem to have changed my mind all of a sudden lmfao. I do that a lot I could get an exeedy pink and lightened flywheel for that price Helix clutch has been cancelled and I'm now trying to decide between an AP racing one or a pink exeedy and flywheel chances are my flywheel is well and truly goosed after 6 months of driving with a buggered clutch | |

http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts_info.asp?id=291&cat=96&sub=183&sec=385&var=50&dc=y&gen=&searchKey= This is the wrong exeedy clutch Steve its the blue box one.. I would need the pink box that is an extra £100 seems to be a lot of confusion between the blue and pink ones lately,Byers didn't have a clue which one he had fitted in his car till Trev put him straight lol.. He has the pink but I thought he would of gone for that one regardless of his power output anyways lmfao

| I thought the standard excedy clutch would of been ok, I'm running standard clutch in mine which I got fitted a few month ago and was told it would be ok for the power I'm running, which is 367bhp 441lb/ft so with yours being a 2ltr the torque figure will be a lot lower, loads of people say that the pink box has loads of judder, Mario has one in his and he hates it. | |

| Which would be the best clutch for running just over 400hp? Not sure on torque figure, but with it being a 2.0 I'd expect it to be around the same? | |

| I just thought I would fit a better clutch Steve as like you said Mario hates the pink exeedy Jonny had one in his Type R and hated it, there's a shit load of people on Scoobynet complaining about them saying they have terrible judder on the 2.0..
I just don't believe that the blue one will hold out on a car that gets abused on a daily basis. Yes they may be fine on a car with higher torque that doesn't get used/abused every day but how long would it last if you drove like a nut job up and down great big hills every day ?? Not long I want one that needs fitting once not once every six months bud

Have you looked at the ACT range No drew I have looked at getting exeedy pink, helix or ap racing.. I want a judder free clutch that lasts at least 3 years or 30,000 miles What are the prices on the ACT clutches and are they as good as an AP Racing one.

| Just looked an the ACT website and them clutches seem to have great torque ratings for the money. Only problem is I can't seem to find anyone in the UK who stocks them and the ACT site I looked on was USA. I thought Alyn sold the ACT clutches but they are not listed on his website and he is closed till the 8th | |

| There's only one on there that's 240mm Steve that's the six speed clutch size the five speed is 230mm.. You can keep the stickler because I have a new stickler plan that involves Nic making me a custom one | |

| I'm still thinking about an AP Racing one. However I have been looking on scoobyclinc and a few other well known Subaru tuner sites and they all seem to only sell exedy clutches.. I have been looking on eBay also but got a little sidetracked and came across this for sale ClickHa ha cheap exedy clutch and the item in the link would be cheaper than my original plan and the item in the link is super sexy | |

| Have you not spoken to Alynn @ASP he could get you AP Exeedy or Helix clutch at a very good price, have you not thought about a competition clutch ?. Good power & torque ratings. Alynn also sells these. | |

| Alyn is closed until the 8th so I may give him a call unless I have ordered one from elsewhere before that.. Are the competition clutches any good ? I know that all of these clutches will be within my power level but I'm after one that has a very similar feel to the OEM one with little to no judder at all. I have been reading about the exedy pink clutch on various sites all day and it seems that the judder is caused by high spots on the flywheel that the OEM clutch does not pick up on. So a pink/organic exedy clutch and lightened flywheel may well be the best option as I may need to replace the flywheel regardless of choice of clutch I make | |

| Natski, I've been informed that this is the clutch to go for by a couple of people, including RCM, who could have sold anything to me. Apparently there's very little to no judder and drives like OEM. CLICKY | |
