| Hi all, well been busy with the spray can ,after putting the intercooler on I thought I would get a bigger scoop to suit so got one off a kind lad called Maca , rubbed down ready for undercoat [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]then a coat of paint not bad for cans [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]and fitted , not everyones taste on a classic but to be honest im not sure but will do for now [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]and I have also started on the spare wheels , [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]and one cleaned and rubbed down ready for masking [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] | |

| Looks alright that Oggy! just needs a bit of mesh inside the bonnet scoop I bought them mini scoops off scoobynet but I had a carbon wrapped bonnet at the time and you could see the folds in the wrap when they were fitted so I decided not to fit them, then I sold the bonnet Cars coming along very nicely Oggy | |

| Thats coming along nicely oggy. Certainly one of the things thats kept me interested in these cars is that you can play with them. I'd never had a car longer than 18 months before I got the Blob and I kept that for nearly 8 years coz I was always changing something and it held my interest. Dying to do a few things on the Hatch but the Mrs is watching me like a hawk at the moment. Got to say I'm not sure about a massive scoop on a Classic, I think it spoils the subtle lines and makes it look a bit cartoonish, but thats just my opinion and I totally respect yours if you like it that way | |

| Thanks Keith , I know what you mean about these cars totally addictive , I also know what you mean about the scoop I'm still not convinced lol but it will stay on till I get bored with it , would really like a carbon one to match the little scoops , carnt wait to see the comments about my wheels when I finally get round to doing them lol neon yellow haha | |

Why don't you get your old one or the big one dipped in carbon off locky? | |

| Exactly what I was going to say maca, when you see the quality of Lockys work up close you'll be amazed. Would be a great solution and you can keep the low level look. Something about a newage means you can get away with a big whales gob stuck on the bonnet but the Classics are just a bit more streamlined to me. | |
