Well had the 3 stooges round today, one showing of his new art work

Textured paint

And they're all wrinkly especially that old dude on the left

its the new scene

So peril wanted to blend in with the wrinklies & painted his car bit drastic

Time to get the G3 out and and electric mop - that'll soon flat down.

Wonder if the bumpy bits are bits of grit etc as he was painting it on his drive wasn't he? Sure it'll look ok from a distance

he got the orange peel effect, to much paint on before drying time and to close and to much pressure through the gun

I could colour the wrinkles in with my pens, he can say its "custom" then

You'd need loads of fluffits to fill in those

Wonder if he miss read when he googled and it said 'how NOT to paint'

Fook i have seen less wrinkles in a Nursing Home.

what paint you used, that looks identical to B@Q own brand of magnolia masonary paint, i would have let you use a spray gun rather than to put it on with a schultz gun from aldi, wats the line for on rear quarter , possible two tone effect?, have ya laquared it yet and i thought ya were doing full shoot

My ball bag is smoother than that. Where did you buy hammerite in that colour?

Them photo's of his paint are quite flattering, ya wana see it in the flesh

nee need for slagging off like. banter and taking the piss yeah but you's can fuck off if ya gonna throw insults. as jonny says, i held me hands up and admit the job fooked up. i had a bash at it and will be getting a pro to do the job in the near future. least i had a go. nowt i could do about the bootlid though (wrinkled/cracked paint pic) was due to past crap job by a supposed 'professional' that i just couldnt get right. the paint was from MAJ so is decent stuff and i used a spray gun, not a roller/brush etc lol. due to shit weather there was no way i could do the full car andy although i'd really hoped to continue up the c-pillar so the colour difference wasnt so evident at least the car isnt gonna rot through now.

wasnt the case. it needed to be done, end of. job was offered out but theres very few spray shops i'd trust, especially as ive seen some of the more 'reputable' places take the customers car out for a joyride when theyre done with it
