NBO 2014 General - Craic & Banter thread

Sounds like a plan, I've got a back box, standard recirculating valve amongst other things I could add

To kgt maybe to help on the sorting the parking and convoy meeting points would it be worth adding a extra bit of info stating where traveling from

With all these parts would could build a car at the nbo lol I did read a post not sure what it meant it says all proceeds to go to the named charity

Some one did that few years back put a bumper fog lights some deck chairs for the seats and a spoiler on the floor to represent a car

U can just asked abs someone will do it for you or find the last list and copy your name easy just to ask

Hi Jonny. As Andy has said, go onto the main menu section and look up the New Members section and drop a few details in there. Then look up the NBO section, you'll see the official list with all the names of folks going. Copy and paste it and add your name. Details of convoy and meeting points will be going up at some point in that very same section.

Is anyone doing/taking a BBQ ?

The bbq was pretty much organised by one person last year with some volunteers on the day. If we are going to do our own food it would be good if one person stepped up and took on the whole responsibility for catering the event, otherwise it will be a bit of a mish mash. They can then pull in help and ask for volunteers, donations etc. I'll put up a separate thread as that is a subject in itself. Please check "NBO Catering"

putting my name down to go but if we cant make it (as we have little one and incase he gets poorly) i will still donate the cash to you boys n girls as not too leave the cash flow short for you all

We know last year was too slow. Previous years it was too quick.

Out of the question Nick - I'll give you 2 fingers or even 4 fingers at a stretch, but I wont give you a Chunky.

2 fingers will do.. Don't think I could handle four fingers. Fook it count me in   if the drive there is slow I'll make up for it on the way home haha

Don't worry mate, I am leading this year, I will be travel at the speed limit   so people behind can overtake who they wish if others are going to slow.

It's going to take no more than 1 hour to get there from bow burn at my pace.

I ended up passing the convoy so I could get a video of everyone coming off the motorway but as yas say it was boring

Best year for. Me was when Andy Grady and Trev and greigy were there and keith

I'm down on list but have just been booked for Austria so might pop in for a few hours before getting my head down before the drive over
