Prob would have to travel down in the order as on the field it would be hectic, especially if we have 80cars

Na easy to sort, as long as we all new the order to go in by..
Bit fun on 3 lane motorway then get into position.
Big space at the entrance to sort odd ones out.
Would look good all in year and colour order.
But up to mods :-)

Anth, I'll throw a post up soon with rough details. We still need some info from the organisers ref stand size etc so we can plan it properly, which shoudl come through soon. Obviously driving down in the order folks are on the stand and simply parking up would be a lovely idea in theory but I doubt it would be practical bearing in mind the distance and folks wanting to have a play here and there   

Best we can do is get the stand design out on the forum before the date so folks have an idea of where they gonna be then try our best to get in some kind of order before we hit the ripon turn off. Either way we'll be more organised on the field this year with responsibilities being allocated ahead of time. Its a piece of cake for folks rocking up with a dozen cars but we are on a whole other level.

Summer maddness are heading down to a car show down that way on the same day so no doubt youz will run into the Wiesel tash EVO & civic drivers and the police are all over there runs out so be careful and don't bite...just saying

Maybe find out how many classic/bug/blob ect ect are going find out where our stand is and park them in model order once everyone is in e than can condense and titivating should be easy if we use more lines while parking

Good shout mate. Convoy will get a lot of thought this year as will stand design, so everyone knows whats expected of them before we even set off. Actually convoy leader and reserve already sorted. Its not hard, this just needs proper planning and I'll see to that.   

Spec cards have been done by Iddy in the past, in his own time and at his own expense, so we'll need to ask nicely   

I'm sure cakes will be welcome by all, so long as we've got something to put them on - so dig out your picnic tables.

And get thinking about what other food provisions we want to make. BBQ's and BBQ staff needed if we dont want to pay van prices. Roll up and volunteer.

And buckets of water filled with fruit surrounded by fruit cakes definitely sounds like a good idea to me
