Looking to change wheel colour.

Im looking to change the colour of my wheels. I decided to keep the standard 17s on. I also have the 330s 5 spoke 18s. Ive photo shopped a couple of colours. Wheels are currently silver What do people think?

What about white would look good on red scooby

Greys and gun metals look really good on the red cars. Had a matt gunmetal on my mazda before similar red to yours looked really good.

I'd go for the darker colour bud

Another thing to think of is the primer. I got a silver mist on the primer and it gives a really good effect to the wheels. Something you could do with any colour to give it that little bit extra.

I toyed with the idea of changing my wheels on the Blob loads of times but stuck with the darker colours. When I changed from the standard alloys I put on a set of Inovites which were Anthracite and stood out really well.




I then swapped my Inovites for a set of Prodrive PFF7's and had them sprayed gloss Black with an Anthracite sparkle in the lacquer, courtesy of Drew Spires at Stella Blast. They really popped when the light hit them.




The wheels on the Hatch are simply high gloss Black and look pretty decent too.

Out of the two I'd go for the darker colour personally. Never been a fan of the gold wheels.

Are you sure you can't be tempted with white?


Bet they are a nightmare to keep clean though.

Mmmm i was swaying towards anthracite but now quite like the white. I know white will be a nightmare to keep clean but it doesnt get used that much.
