| Can anyone suggest the best alignment settings? I had it laser aligned at Car Tyre Word in Spenny in December by Paul, I cant remember whether he said it was Prodrive or STI settings he done but it wasn't WRX settings. The problem is it's butchering the side of the tyre, wasn't to bothered to begin with as the tyres that were on were shagged but I have just had four new Toyos put on that have done less than 170miles and its taking the side of the tyre right off, can sort of feel it ripping into the road on bends, does seem to handle better but I don't want to be putting new tyres on every few thou. Can any one suggest a compromise? Ail try and hold off till next month as I am definitely getting some Eibach springs fitted, just want some settings to suggest, apparently a new laser alignment machine has been installed in Darlo, ail try getting it done there.
(If anyone knows off any Prodrive or Eibach springs to fit Hawkeye WRX for sale please let us know, seem rare second hand, otherwise ail get new)

| For a DCCD-A car: -
Front Camber (make sure it's equal side to side)
Minimum -1° 10’ Preferred -1° 15’ "Track" -1° 20’ / -1° 30’
Front Toe-in (Total) Minimum 0° 02’ Preferred 0° 06’ Maximum 0° 10’
Front Caster Standard Subaru (more is good)
Rear Camber Standard Subaru (make equal side to side if at all possible)
Rear Toe-in (Total) Minimum 0° 06’ Preferred 0° 10’ Maximum 0° 14’
Thrust angle Minimum -0° 01’ Preferred 0° 00’ Maximum 0° 01’
Non DCCD-A car is the same accept: -
Front Toe-in (Total) Minimum 0° 00’ Preferred 0° 01’ Maximum 0° 03’
Rear Toe-in (Total) Minimum 0° 02’ Preferred 0° 6’ Maximum 0° 10’

| I had a word with Paul about this when I was in yesterday.
Best idea is if you have a WRX get it setup as a WRX. If you have an STi then get it setup as an STi.
Unless you are going to track your car there is no point in getting negative settings set as you will experience exactly what you have.
Have you compared your printout to standard Subaru settings?
If you are still having trouble take it back into Paul and I am sure that he will sort it out for you.

| Cheers, think I am going to have to give him a ring this week as I am going to need another set of tyres to go with the suspension if I wait another three'ish weeks. Never give me a print out like just showed us it on the screen. | |

| My personal experience of prodrive settings doesn't cause outer edge wear, it does however scrub the insides down due the extra negative camber, is this happening on the passenger side only or both, also front and back or just front??? | |

| Good luck with that, I would suggest you take it back to Paul and explain the problem, it won't cost you anything to get it sorted out.
