| i wouldnt mate.supposed to be ok if engine left running but dont quote me on that..lol.next time steely has his scooby out you can see his engine bay...fkn spotless he has toothbrushes and floss and cotton buds no shit mate.proper clean plus i would wait till after the winter. | |

| I've done mine with a power washer before, sprayed it with engine de-greaser before hand. Then after I finished I kept the car running for 10mins just to let the excess water steam off. Came out nice and clean, keep the water away from the alternator though. | |

| the alternator is not the worry it's the sensors, wiring and small pipes that can be damaged or blown off, but as long as you are sensible about it there should be no problems.
If you dont have the original airbox on dont go blasting a cone filter with the engine running | |

| andy kindon cleaned my bay while a list of mods was getting fitted, if you wanting some1 in the known to do it mate worth giving him a shout, am not sure he will give his secret formular away :p | |

| Am an absolute lover of clean engines, never new Andy done a bit of spit n polish, but believe me, every thing this scooby doctor does is class, my car is now 15yrs old and driving like new, new tyres at week end and still loving blowing away anything but other scoobz on the the road, brand new vxr`s ha, m3`s ha, gt wotever`s ha, z sumthings ha, dare I say vr`s`s ha,type arse`s ha, 2.0 turbo awsome, I wud love to know how much fun you 2.5 beasties feellike when you are playing with other toys on the road, one day I will upgrade. | |

| i didnt want to over do it with the red, but would add red pulleys, tbh would freshin the black up, was thinking fmic with the pipes powder coated in black to even it out, tbh daz they dont half shift like mate, before you know it your at the end of the road and braking | |
