Alyn at AS Performance will sort you out. 5 litres will sort both. I got the NT version for about £50 from him

Nowt wrong with my gearbox Mike. My car is at Dr Kindon's getting some work done over the next 2 weeks while I'm on hols so my lovely pals on here are trying to wind me that it's been ragged all over the place while I am abroad

How often are you supposed to change the oil in the gearbox and diff? I've had my car 2 years now and never though about changing it until I saw this thread.

Every 20 to 30k I think mate but could be wrong? Mine has now done 30k since its last change, box feels nice and smooth still but would rather do a oil change than pay for a new box of diff, pays to keep regular maintenance up with good quality oils.
I'm a bit fussy with the maintenance on my car tho, I even do engine oil every 4 to 6k
