Got to be the gauge or something to do with the setup if your cars still running after having no oil pressure

it can only be a faulty gauge or sensor. like said before if the engine had no oil pressure your in trouble.

Well just looked at sender and gauge ect when key is turned all the gauges do there test sweep the oil pressure gauge is at 4.5-5 bar of pressure when I rev engine it only go's upto about 6ish so it's eather the needle in gauge sticking or the sender it self I will get stevejones to check them out with the turbo timer that dosnt time

My defi gauge does this sometimes if I don't let it swoop correctly before starting, turning engine off and back on again fixes it! You would soon no about it if you had no oil pressure.....it wouldn't last very long. If you see the main oil pressure light in the cluster come on then turn engine off straight away!

Iv tried that mate stevejones is gonna have a look I think the oil pressure sender is at fault as there is a little oil on the underside of it so looks like a reseal of the treads
