they just look nasty lol. not used to the messy engine bays of these scoobs its starting to bug me all the pipework on show hahaha on the bm everything is nicely hidden away from veiw

yeah they are fine as long as they are set up properly,they look a bit ruff, but were recommended for smoother acceleration and adds bhp as we didnt want a remap. we are boosting 1.1 and totally transformed the performance of our scoob,but you have to be careful it aint turned up to high, jonny gav on here sorted ours for us he would be able to tell you more about it

i mate cool it was turned up but started to cut out at full boost mate was told it was down to the it not being mapped so it was turned back down to a safe place not sure what its boosting at as mate just drove it and didnt have much a clue. i wouldnt mind a remap when its back on the road but dont we have to change the ecu on scoobie?

if its turned up to high its causes fuel cut, im no mechanic mind im a women but im sure thats what happens do you have a boost gauge fitted

yeah thats what is was doing with the fuel had a drive a few times and it nearly put me through the windscreen lol. its not running at the min so the boost gauge fitted isnt much use lol.

but can remember it needed either a new crank pulley or crank is bent

the lad was supposed to fetch it back to me the next week , after i spotted the crank pulley moving around alot

yeah its been in the shop a few times mate i think you fixed it then he had it fixed again. did you do the engine work as its had something done as it was off the road for a while being undrivable. its had a new clutch and something done the gearbox as it kept getting stuck in reverse. the gearstick still seems abit slack for my liking but ill see how it drives it used to drive nice .the last time i used it was over a year ago like

anyway quick update on the parts front
sorted a rad out for a small sum of 20 pund
rossi is kindly going to do my cambelt on thursday he also has a facelift bumper and will have the bonnet im after as its ally but hes changing his first so ill be waiting for that one.(top bloke too lives so close and his scooby is niiice)
still hunting for a good cheap front panel

cheers pal just different people have different names for things ive found.

theres a front panel for the rad too and then the bumper support is classed as it sometime

the main front panel is welded to the chassis legs and inner wings and cheers bud ill hava check later fater i get back and befor work

ide like to add that the scoobie group of people are soo helpfull and not after robbing you blind unlike parts ive bought for the bm include 'm' tax. for example my door mouldings where 70 quid lol
