low boost pressure

after trying to fit my 3rd manual boost valve i still cant get the car to boost over 5 psi the 1st valve i fitted was working ok boosting at 20psi anyone any ideas what the problem could be guys

20 psi seems a tad high, would have thought it should be more like 16psi,
Why did you remove the 1st one ?.
Its a bit trial & error setting up a MBC, my old Dawes one worked out at 1 turn in would give 0.1bar. Other than that i'd be checking for split pipes & of course its plumbed in right.

the only reason i changed the 1st one was i got a new one given which was better . changed them over and the car seamed to be running better, i went to adjust it one day and went to fat and lost the internals of the boost valve so put the original 1 back on and it would only boost to 5psi i turned up and still no joy. bought a forge valve last week and still no joy. i was driving one day this week and it boosted to 20 psi so i pulled over to have a look at the valve and the whole adjustment had come apart . put it back together n boosting back at 5psi. so got a new one of finn on friday and is still boosting at 5.

If ya want pop over & i'll have a looksy for ya it might be something simple, don't think i'm too far away from you bud.
