Pressure sensor Empty
PostSubject: Pressure sensor   Pressure sensor EmptyFri 24 Feb - 18:47

Hello all, i recently posted about afew problems with my 2001 scooby sport, spluttering, stalling poor idles etc.
Ive just took my car to john pye and got diagnostics put onto it.
Turns out it was a pressure sensor. For some reason whoever has changed it before has put a bosch one onto it. According to john it shouldnt be a bosch 1 as subaru supply there own. So, i need a new 1 or is there a way to clean it up?
Ebay doesnt have 1 for my car, does anybody on here have 1 that you want to sell? If cleaning doesnt do anything. I thought id post this incase anyone else had the same bother.
Cheers steve

Standard MAP sensor is a Bosch one mate. I'll find a pic Finn but its the one just next to the coilpack on the top of the manifold.
