Suspension Upgrades/Mods Empty
PostSubject: Suspension Upgrades/Mods   Suspension Upgrades/Mods EmptyWed 3 Oct - 22:23

I am more or less finished on my engine bay mods, with a few small exceptions, so I thought I would now turn my attention to the suspension. I already have front and rear ultra-racing strut braces and Prodrive springs on standard STI shocks. I am not that keen on coilovers as yet but was looking to start off with some Whiteline/Powerflex/CDF Racing mods. I need to know what is the best order to upgrade them in to get the maximum performance/benefit? For example, do I first replace the front and rear drop links and then anti-roll bars and then put an anti-lift kit on...or in a different order? Or just do the whole lot at the same time? I would prefer to do it one at a time if possible.

Cheers lads & lasses

Mario

I'd go for anti roll bars and drop links at the same time tbh! Then the anti lift kit! Anti roll bars will probs make the most differnce

I went for Eibach springs, Eibach 23mm front ARB, Whiteline 24mm rear ARB, Powerflex solid rear drop links - works for me, handles well and not too harsh or low for our shitty roads.

Best handling mod is good quality tyres and a good 4 way alignment set up (Prodrive settings on mine) Wink
