the exhaust is standard apart from the prodrive back box but it just seems to tick like mad all the time as if it gets to hot if that makes sence. i know its a exhaust and they get super hot but never noticed it doing it on anyother car when its running. sounds like its coming from the cat area. could be nothing but its annoying

Is it blowing? Maybe a new gasket?

Most subarus I've heard tick when they've been driven and then stopped even if they haven't been driven hard its just the exhaust system cooling down. I remember when my dad had bikes years ago they did this aswell

Do worry , that ticking could be a bomb . Best look underneath the car to check !

Mine does this all the time, I think its from the heat generated when driven hard or on boost a lot. seems normal to me and the cars designed for it, hence all the heat shields in the engine bay etc
