Future event suggestions

Few of us were chatting about possible future events, knowing that the club coming together at the NBO was such a success but realising the regular meets we do don't suit everyone

This is for your suggestions and to respond to some of ours which are

TOTB - Ten of the Best - Anyone interested if we can get stand space? Or just attending as a group if we can't?

Sunday afternoon/evening out - as a sort of run out, maybe go somewhere for grub as we know our members like their food (there is a nice all you can eat Indian's and Taybarns in South Shields) then down to the coast for amusements/beach etc

We don't know what members want to do, if anything, so time for your suggestions of what, where and when

Apart from TOTB which is a set date we could pick one to go with first via a poll from suggestions made

ALSO - if members from other areas want to do a regular NESF meet elsewhere mid week **just not on a Tuesday** and want to organise that please do mention it

Dont forget Scooby Shootout aswell

Scooby Shoot Out 3rd October, just looked it up, didn't know if they would do one again as the turn out last year was so poor I'll have to see if I can get more info off the TOTB team about that too

Last year, it was on and off as there was a huge agguement between the 2 lads that run it. So not many trade stands turned up either and alot of people didnt realise it went ahead. So hope its a better turn out this year as I enjoyed last years, got into semi finals in my scooby

We'll be up for a sunday runout somewhere, just not the next couple of sundays!

We've just had an email back from Hamsterley Forest who said yes we can have a BBQ there as long as we take our rubbish home (there are no bins at all on site) so that's one for the 'ideas bank'

I'm deffo up for TOTB and a place on the stand too if there is one, this is my favourite event of the year.
