My wife had a galaxy as most will know and she wasn't renewing the insurance on that but the insurance which is called insure the box took the full years insurance so I rang them up and played hell any they say as the insurance started at midnight last night they will charge us £30 and another £50 for the stupid tracking device they fitted last year so iv lost £80 and to pea me off more they said it will take 7-10 days to refund the rest checky bast gits

Tell your bank it was taken in error and they should just put it straight back and then sort it between them and the company.

Did you actually tell them that you weren't renewing the insurance, as some companies automatically take the renewal unless you cancell it, £522 seems a bit steep for a galaxy though.
