as long as the heads are not twin scroll headers unless you have a twinscroll turbo of course

Was there not other clearance issues between model years, not just engine size? Finn is probs the best to advise. Andy concerned with wiring clearance?

yes 2.5 headers do fit 2.0 ltr ...
and they no different in size and wont improve performance unless they have been ported

There is a differant 2.5 wrx wont fit a classic cos they hit the oilfilter & modene the modene angles back a bit on the hawkeye's and the headers do the same. been there before with stu's old ported ones tried them on a classsic and they dont go
