Just seen Andy k car is running good Im driving back down A1 to my brothers in west cornforth I get up riad from his house when I hear a ticking sort of tap coming from the engine I give it a rev and it sounds like somit is rattling but can't see owt I didn't boot it down the A1 most I done was 70 is is there anyone who knows there rattle taps from the knocks I can't tell

Just had a chat with John Pye in bishop as its close to home he had a listen to car he said is the bottom end so engine is knackered give me a price of £1882+vat so over £2k my wife isn't best pleased to say the least

Buy a second hand motor, log onto 22b, there a good breaker on there.

Get a second oppinion mate. Mine was knocking its puddings out and was waterpump knackered. John Pye is a tool mate
