| iddysti hows the car doing running that sort of power mate? you just keep on top of it making sure its running sweet all the time or you holding out for the nxt thing to change or mod?......ive kinda been thinking of a safe 450bhp id like 500bhp but it brings trouble | |

| 450/450's a easier safer figure to get to, but BHP is fk all without torque its the torque ya need to look at, ya can get a car with 300-350bhp but putting out 450+ lbft or a car with 500bhp/400lbft the first will be alot wilder/quicker not the higher bhp | |

My car has been running over 500hp for over 4 years now, the two engine builds I have had, since the original was down to a £28 part failing and a bad bit of advice from a so called expert. There are bottom end rebuilds and proper rebuilds. If you speak to Andy about what mine has had done the last time just so I had piece of mind. O ringed heads, bore strengtheners, 14mm head studs, etc. If you have a look here https://nesf.forumotion.co.uk/t4732-project-600-startedthis is what I should of done in the first place. | |
